How does billing work?

Upon sign up you are billed for your first months subscription, plus that pesky $79.00 set up fee. In our defense it does take a couple hours to set up your sending behind the scenes.  We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards. Everything is securely handled by Stripe.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Navigate to “My Account” on our home page only after you are logged in. Then navigate to “My Subscriptions“. Refunds: If you created your account less than 30 days ago, contact our support team to request a full refund.

Do you offer support if needed?

Absolutely. We offer support by phone, email, chat and self-help via our knowledge base and video demos.  Well make sure you have the support you need when learning to navigate our platform.  Users at any experience level can easily sand campaigns.

How does Expo Email safeguard their customers’ domains and IP addresses?

We use our own IPs and domains, which means we assume all of the risk. This ensures that you never have to worry about getting your domain or IP blacklisted. In addition you’ll you select or we’ll assign a unique sending domain and Reply To address upon signup.

Does Expo Email facilitate sending to B2C customer addresses?

Unfortunately, no. It’s a lot more difficult to get cold emails to reach inboxes with the big ISPs, such as Gmail, Yahoo, MSN and others.  Also, recipients with free mail services like Gmail are given an easy option to mark your email campaigns as ‘spam.’

Are your exhibitor email lists current and accurate?

We go above and beyond the industry standard to ensure the data you access is accurate and as current as possible. The trade show and convention exhibitors in our database are guaranteed to have exhibited at the last years event.

Why do I need an alternative domain as a reply address?

Any time you send bulk cold email messages, there’s always a slight risk that your domain may be reported as spam by complainers. The reply address is the only element that Expo Email cannot protect for you. Using  an alternative domain for both sending and your Reply-To address adds an extra level of protection.

If sending to cold contacts is absolutely legal, why won’t other ESP’s allow me to do it?

Other Email Service Providers (ESP) don’t have the capability to clean your data on import so you can send large volume email campaigns that are CAN-SPAM compliant, but we do! Expo Email lets you  emails to our exhibitor lists and any of your current cold or purchased B2B contacts.

How do I get started and do you offer a money back guarantee?

Choose your plan and exhibitor lists and  complete your order. We will then update you by email with access to the platform and begin verifying your exhibitor list selections. Typically, an order will be complete the same business day. And don’t worry, we offer a 15 day money back guarantee if your not satisfied.
