How does billing work?

When you sign-up online, we will bill your form of payment for the first month’s subscription cost and a $79.00 set-up fee. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards. Our payment processing is securely handled by Stripe Merchant Services. 

What is your refund policy?

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Navigate to “My Account” on our home page after logging in; then navigate to “My Subscriptions“. There you can make changes to your current plan. Refunds: If you created your account less than 30 days ago, contact our support team to request a full refund.

Do you offer support if needed?

Absolutely. We offer support by phone, email, chat, and self-help via our knowledge base and video demos.  We will make sure you have the support you need when learning to navigate our platform.  Users at any experience level can easily send campaigns.

How do you safeguard customers’ domains and IP addresses?

We partner with a highly reputable, industry-leading cloud-based email marketing platform to deliver your email marketing campaigns.  This partnership allows us to use our own IP allocations and sending domains to get your message into more in-boxes rather than into junk mail. We’ll assign your account a unique sending domain and Reply To Address to ensure your email address and company domains remain private.

Does Expo Email facilitate sending to B2C customer addresses?

Unfortunately, no. It’s very difficult to get cold emails to in-boxes with big ISPs, like Gmail, Yahoo, MSN, and others.  Also, recipients with free mail services like Gmail can easily mark your email campaign as ‘spam.’ Gmail and others, after receiving only a few “this is spam” notifications from its users, will take the harsh action of placing your well-crafted email campaigns in the Junk box indefinitely.

Are your exhibitor email lists current and accurate?

We’re fully committed to providing you with high-quality data, and we go to great lengths to ensure that the information you get from Expo Email is accurate and up-to-date. On top of our rigorous data collection and verification process, we also have in place a real-time email verification feature that acts as a final gatekeeper of sorts. The trade show and convention exhibitors in our database are guaranteed to have exhibited at the last year’s trade show or convention.

Why do I need an alternative domain as my reply address?

Any time you send bulk cold email campaigns, there’s always a slight risk that your domain may be reported as spam by complainers. The reply address is the only element that Expo Email cannot protect for you. Using an alternative domain for both sending and your Reply To Address adds an extra level of protection.

If cold email is absolutely legal, why won’t other ESP’s allow it?

In order to successfully deliver a large number of marketing emails on any given day, it’s the quality of the list that matters most.  Your list should resemble one of an opt-in subscriber base, with whom it’s recipients not only open and read but nowadays are expected to engage.  The simple fact is that data hygiene is very expensive and most ESP’s are not willing to lower their profit margins to see you succeed in sending relevant, high-quality, validated, and verified email marketing campaigns.
